Bruno Vanderschelden - Board Member

Has over 15 years of experience in various fields of asset management and operations in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment. Bruno is currently independent director of various management companies, UCITS and SIF specializing in long only equity, bonds, short-term investments and balanced funds. He is chairman of the business advisory board of a US biotech company and is the liquidator of a Luxembourg SIF. As a consultant he serves and specializes in implementation of risk management processes and systems, risk management process analysis, process review and change management and implementation of operational processes for fund set-up in Luxembourg. Prior to all this, after having started his career at Arthur Andersen as auditor, Bruno has worked in various organizations across Europe in areas such as corporate governance, accounting, reporting and risk controlling.
